Sourdough is fermented for 12 hours to create the perfect balance of sour flavor and crumb. These Cinnamon are fermented for 24 hours allowing these rolls to be very gentle on your tummy. They are soft tender swirls of rich dough with ribbons of cinnamon and sugar. Decadent. Mouth watering.
